Cane Corso is an ancient dog breed that traces its roots to Italy. The Cane Corso is an Italian Mastiff, these gentle giants are guardians; they protect their people and property, and are also loyal and loving pets.
We are proud owners of six beautiful Cane Corsi, and while we are not full-time Italian Mastiff breeders, we love these dogs, and take great pride in their yearly litter.
Our dogs live on our farm in Carrollton, MO, an hour northeast of Kansas City. We have a 45-acre farm (FORD 45) where they have plenty of open space for running and swimming. They even help us feed and round up our cows. When they aren’t romping around the farm during the day, they are in our mechanic shop where they get plenty of attention from our customers.
Cane Corso is an outstanding versatile breed: these dogs are highly intelligent, affectionate, and have an absolute majestic appearance. They are large breed, short haired coat, and trainable to virtually any need. Our dogs – Otto, Hemi, Marley, Gypsy, Ford 45’s Edna, Faith, and Solo – are AKC (American Kennel Club) and ICCF (International Cane Corso Federation) dual registered.
The Cane Corso is not for the first time dog owner. Talk to anyone who has experienced the ownership of a Cane Corso that has been bred correctly, and they will tell you that the ownership quickly turns more into a “hobby” with the reward being the most intelligent, majestic, loyal guardian a family could ever ask for.
